First licensed in California in 1993, I assisted telecom clients such as AT&T, Verizon, Pac Bell, Sprint & Qwest to acquire real estate and all necessary permitting for telecom infrastructure.

In 2003 I moved to beautiful Southern Oregon and obtained my real estate license. My specialty & passion is rural, river and high end properties although I've handled everything from first time home buyers and in town luxury homes to multi million dollar ranches. I've built luxury homes and am familiar with the permitting and construction aspects along with water rights, wells & DEQ.
